7 Reasons to Go to an Ivy Tech Express Enrollment Day

The summer/fall semester is just around the corner, and we want to help you get enrolled or registered.

For many, this may be overwhelming – but it doesn’t have to be! As Zig Ziglar said, “You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.”

Get a great start through our  Express Enrollment Day (EED), where you can get all of your enrollment steps done in one day, at one place! If you are a current student, you too can attend and get assistance registering for summer and/or fall courses. Just be sure to RSVP.

If you are a new student, here are seven reasons you should attend EED at a location near you April 30!

  1. Get information on college

College can be overwhelming, and you may have a lot of questions. What’s great about EED is that you can come in and get all of your questions answered by an Ivy Tech representative – a representative dedicated to helping students enter college!

  1. Assistance with completing the majority of your enrollment steps

Need we say more? By coming to EED, you can complete almost all of your enrollment steps in one day! What’s easier than that?

  1. ACCUPLACER and advising appointment same day

At EED you can meet your assessment requirement through completing the ACCUPLACER and get an advising appointment the same day. You can ask some of our students, it can be difficult to get an advising appointment…so why not get it taken care of at EED?

  1. Complete the FAFSA

Oh the FAFSA, also known as the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. The FAFSA is your “golden ticket” to get federal and state financial aid for school. While we’d like you to complete it prior to attending, our representatives are ready to help you answer questions and get it completed if you need help.

  1. Learn about scholarship opportunities

Ivy Tech has a number of scholarship opportunities, for campuses and programs across the state. We already have an affordable tuition of under $4,200…why not make it even financially easier?

  1. See an advisor and get your class schedule – even register!

You need to see an advisor before scheduling classes – so do it in one day at EED! They can give you the recommendations you need to get started on your future and you can register that same day.

  1. Get answers to financial aid questions

Financial aid can be tricky, and we understand that. At EED you can get your financial aid questions answered by our representatives—the people that deal with this stuff every day!

So what do you say, are you ready to join us? RSVP for our upcoming days, or learn more at ivytech.edu/eeday.
